Walnut husk

Dai walnut fruits grown in our Noceto dei Sospiri, the “area” in the farm which is intended for the cultivation of 150 walnut trees, is extracted Walnut Husk essential ingredient for the production of WalnutA dark liqueur, like balsamic vinegar, smooth on the palate and with distinct aromatic aromas. Best enjoyed as a digestif.

Recommendations for use: infuse the walnut husk with alcohol, sugar, and spices, according to the typical Modena recipe and as tradition dictates on St. John's Day, therefore at the beginning of summer.
